Specific Warm Up
Today is simple! Two movements, both gymnastic. If you are doing Toes to Bar, do 5-10 Beat Swings and then pop down. Then do 5 Hanging Straight Leg Raises and then pop down. Finally, try 3-5 Toes to Bar and then pop down. All of those variations are found in the Toes To Bar and Knees to Elbows Video. If you are doing a substitution, be sure to try something like 3 sets of 5 reps before the workout starts.
If you have multi levels of box jump available, start low with 5 reps and then gradually crank your way up to your working height for the day, 5 reps at a time.

This looks like a yummy little couplet! Each movement has plenty of ways to modify to your liking. Be sure that whatever you choose is speedy! We want to avoid resting for too long on this one.
Toes to Bar Modifications
As per usual, if you can manage any of the hanging variations in the Toes to Bar video, you should! Even if you have to mix and match, the hanging versions are the most effective for today. If you have nothing to hang from, go with V-Ups, Sit Ups, or any Crunch that fits your needs. If crunching is a no-go for you, hold a tough, one-minute plank in place of each set of Toes to Bar.
Box Jump Modifications
The Box Jump video shows many modifications all the way down to having no equipment at all. Jumping is jumping! If none of those work for you, try Power Jumps or Jump Squats.
Optional Accessory Work
Tabata: Arch Hold
A Tabata is 8 Rounds of :20 on and :10 off, for a total of 4 minutes.
Cool Down
1-2min in the Bottom of the Squat Hold
1-2min of Chest Stretches on Each Side
