Today’s workout is a TON of reps in just a few basic body weight movements. Make sure you have touched on each of the moves enough to be warm, but also save your energy for the workout. When you’re ready for a long, tough one, hit the clock and let’s get after it!

“Loredo”
AKA “Richie”
This is a hero workout named after U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Edward Loredo. However, this also used to be my favorite workout to do outside with my dog, Richie. We lost Richie, my best friend, in January of 2018 after he became suddenly very sick. This was the last workout he and I ever did together in September of 2017.
